Insert Navision CD - When other user log-in

Hi, I installed navision in one system(client). Iam getting an message Isert Navision CD. 1. I used the Administrator user to install the navision in the client. If some other user is login in that system and use navision, it is iasking to insert the navision CD. What could be the reason. Note : During the installation, I used this option - all users can use navision.

Delete the shortcut to fin.exe and finsql.exe and create new one manually and place these shortcuts in All User’s Start Menu. If You are running WTS/Citrix: Remeber to include TEMPPATH and ID in the shortcut (You can read a ot about it if You search in previous postings)

You can install Navision from shared file server on your network. Share must have read access for all network users. This way no CD will be required because all files will be downloaded from the Network.

The problem is the stupid shortcut.As Lars said… just create manually a shortcut to the fin.exe or finsql.exe files and the problem will dissapear magically… :stuck_out_tongue:
