Im using navision 4.0 and the industry templates. Importing the industry mapping and industry data works fine. But when I import data from the file furniture questionnaire the following message appears when importing data to table 344: Field no. 25 is not defined in the setup checklist line table In the questionnaire there are only 15 fields and in navision there are 24 fields in table 344. so I dont understand why navision wants to make a 25th field. The data in navision will be overwritten by the data of the questionnaires. So why must there be a 25th field, when there are only used 15 fields? When i remove all the data (the 15 fields) of the table 344 in the questionnaire, and import the file again the same message appears. Has anyone had this problem too? How can I solve this problem?
hi, Sorry to interrupt your thread / question but I was wondering if you could tell me where can i get these templates from? I have nav 4.0 international version but cant see any templates inside the cd. Thank you. Sincerely, Kelvin
Leon, I think that the Industry Templates feature is only released for 3.70B. MBS will tell you that it is ok to use in 4.00, but you have run into an incompatible table definition. In version 3.70B table 344 has fields #25 Vertical Sorting and #26 Data Origin, these fields do not exist in the 4.00 version of the table. The template you are using is designed for the 3.70B version of the table. I think you have two choices… 1. Remove field 25 and 26 from the mapping and the questionnaire then try the import again 2. Wait for 4.01 when the correct version of Industry Templates is due to release. Hope this helps.
I Removed field 25 and 26 from the mapping, data and the questionnaire and tryed the import again. But the same message appears. Also when I do a new install of navision 4.0 and a new import the same message appears again. I installed navision 3.7 but a new problem appeared! heres the link: http://www.mbsonline.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=13852
