Indexing help system when changing company(Citrix)

We have a customer running Navision Attain with the MS SQL server. This solution runs within a Citrix environment. They have encountered a problem when changing company in Attain. Every time they change company, indexing of the help system is initiated. Normally this is only done the very first time a user enters a newly installed Attain client. Do you know how we can avoid the indexing starting up for each change company action in Attain? And what is the reason for this behavior? Any help is appreciated. Regards Dexter
