We have scheduled our preventative maintenance for August and generated our work orders from the schedule.
The default stage for these work orders is typically 'InProcess ’ however this month they have all been created with a stage of ‘Created’ in lieu of ‘InProcess’.
The only change we have made is to add two new stages which actually appear lower in the workflow group.
We have manually been able to move all the work orders created to date to the correct stage of ‘InProcess’ however can anyone please shed some light on how we can check/confirm what the default work order stage is for Prevantative Work orders? Ie is there a parameter or a setting that might have inadvertently been updated.
