Where is the Incentive scheme parameters from?
I activated the Incentive schemes in GL-- Sales Tax-- EXIM – Activate Incentive Schemes.
Then i need to activate a particular scheme from the Incentive Scheme Parameters form.
Where is it?

I got it 
Post the solution as well.
Go to General Ledger=> Setup=> General ledger parameters
Click on Sales tax link, under EXIM section you will find Activate incentive schemes option which enable you to do that.

I had followed the above path.
But I was not able to find the Incentive Parameters form.
The option gets activated which is just below the General option when we follow the path given above.
The screenshot is given below:-
When you click on that you get the Incentive parameters form and accordingly activate the incentive scheme which is required.
