Importing XPO from AX-2012 R3 to AX 2012 R2

Dear all,

I have done some customization on my local PC in AX 2012 R3 and my clients are using AX 2012 R2.

Can anyone will let me know whether we can import xpo’s from R3 to R2???..

Just try it. I think there is no technical limitation, although I haven’t try it.

Of course you shouldn’t ever import an .xpo file without comparing (and merging) if it changes some existing objects and you’re not sure that the applications are the same. Because you have different versions of AX, you can be sure that they’re NOT the same.
