I have an issue when i try to import an user. The issue is " Axapta User Manager object is not intialised" . Please let me know how to resolve it.

Application Version is 6.2.1000.1437.
Yes it worked before. When select import and select next the above error occurs in infolog . after closing it and try to select domain there are no domains available.
Can you actually reach your domain controller? Can you find where exactly is the error thrown?
