Importing a .fbk to SQL Server 2008r2

i have a .fbk wich was create with Microsoft Dynamics. I am now trying to restore it to SQL Sever 2008 r2.
How do i import my Database(the .fbk) into SQL server 2008r2?

An fbk file is a native NAV backup, which can only be restored from the NAV classic client. First, use the NAV Classic Client to create the database on SQL Server, then select ‘Restore’ from the Tools menu, browse to the fbk file and let it complete.

No it’s not a free download

Go to Classic client with sql server option

Create new database

and then restore the Database.(.fbk)
