Can i know how to import Vendor/customer/item master in to AX2012 . I have details in excel sheet now i want to import to AX2012, Is it possible without writing code .

There is a beta release of the data migration tool that has been discussed on here previously, it has also been updated on InformationSource I believe. You cannot use the Excel Add-in so you need to use a tool that has not yet been officially released, or write your own scripts.
