I make use: -Windows XP -Office XP -Navision Attain 3.70NL I have a csv-file with for example the character Ë in it. When I import the csv-file into Navision through a dataport the special character Ë is after the import in Navision not Ë but ” Is there someone who know a solution for this?

Or maybe you need to use an ANSI->ASCII converter, that is if your CSV file is generated from a Windows programme(ANSI) - Navision runs ASCII, you know… Search the forum with the key words ASCII & ANSI.
You must ensure your file is generated as an OEM file. Your code page is 850.
