While i importing the job journal data from spreadsheet to navision, i got the following error…
"is not a valid date"
FYI
i have imported this data using dataport.
I tried csv format too.
otherthan dataport , is there anyother technics to import the data.??
Use of dataport is the best way to import data and for this particular error, please check if the date format in Navision and your csv file is same or different. Date format must be same in these two.(either both mm/dd/yy or dd/mm/yy).
In case you need to change date format then use, Control Panel>> Regional and Language Settings.
Install & make use of the RIM toolkit for importing
