Hi everyone, I am trying to import a language file exported from a database to another database. I was wondering: can I generate a file from NAV with only the captions for a certain range of IDs I choose? Thanks in advance  |

there you’ll find an report to export the captions. for your special purpose change the report as you like.
standard way of exporting captions is: goto menu tools/translate/export in dev.env.
I don’t think it is possible to export only few fields from table.
we can export only all object at a time.
select the objects in the object designer, for which you want to export the captions. then select menu…tools…translate…export.
