Hi all,

i would like to create an attachment for an item. This attachment should be shown every time a user creates a sales order with this item. I ve tried to create these attachment in the PIM, but I didnt succeed, the attachment will not been shown in the sales order. I ve tried to find something about this in the TechNet, but no success…

Can someone help me out ?

Do you mean copying the attachments from product to sales order?
If so, i can see a parameter(Copy notes) in AR . It only copies notes type from item to sales lines.
