I cannot able to see 'Show' in the lookup button for Emplid

Hi, In AX 2009, I added a field 'Emplid ’ from EmplTable to LedgerJournalTrans table. Also i added a String control in the LedgerJournalTransDaily form. In the form the lookup fields got hided .i cannot able to unhide the lookup fields for Emplid button for a particular user. Please help me to sort out this issue.

Open User options form, then Usage data and Forms (or something similar if I don’t remember it correctly). There find the form in question and delete the record containing user’s setup.
