Hi, we have ended one production order but we need to undo that transaction (as we realize that the bom isn’t set up correctly). Is it possible to revert the production order which is ended in AX 2012? If not, is there any other options available in AX.

No not possible to reverse an ended production, you need to adjust stock using inventory journals and perhaps revalue the output depending upon whether you are adjusting for the differences or removing the output and putting the component stock back into inventory.
