How to set organizational hierarchies for a legal entity

I have created a legal entity in Microsoft Dynamic Ax 2012.

How do i set a Organizational Hierarchies for that legal Entity.

Organisation hierarchies purposes setup
The purpose that you assign to a hierarchy determines the types of organizations that can be included in the hierarchy.

Step 3. Click on Organisation administration > setup > Organisation > Organisation hierarchy purposes.

Step 4. Select a purpose, and then click Add. The Organizations form is displayed.

Step 5. Select the organizational hierarchy that you want to assign the purpose to, and then click OK.

**Note: Repeat step for Retail POS posting purpose

Add organization to the hierarchy

Step 6. Click Organization administration > Setup > Organization > Organization hierarchies. Select a hierarchy, and then click View.

Step 7. Click Insert, and then select an organization type.

Step 8. Select the organization and click on the Ok button.

Step 9. Now right click on the Organization and move cursor on insert and select the Retail channel option.

Step 10. select the retail channel and click on the OK button

Step 11. After click on the OK button channel get added with legal entity.
• Now click on the Publish and close button.

Step 12. Select the Effective date in the effective date field.
Effective date: When you publish a hierarchy, you must specify an effective date. The effective date indicates when the hierarchy becomes active.

Step 13. After click on the Publish button below pop-up message will come. Now click on the OK button to publish the Organisation Hierarchies.

Step 1. Click on Organisation administration > setup > Organisation > Organisation hierarchies

Step 2. Below form will open
• Click New button
• Enter a name for the organizational hierarchy.
• Press CTRL+S to save the new hierarchy.

Before you add organizations to a hierarchy, you must select a purpose for the hierarchy.
