Hello, can anyone tell me the correct step to set an alert for a form for the scenario below.
For example, I have a form A that needs approval by an authorised person. I want to alert the authorised person to remind him to do the approval and show how many approval is waiting to be approved. Is it possible to do so? I have try to create the alert rule but didn’t manage to get any result.
Why is this so and what is the correct way to have alert in axapta? Please give me an idea on how to start.
