How to refresh current rec when import data?

Now I meet a problem, when I import some data to current record field, but only I leave current rec then back, I can see the value changed. does someone has good method to solve this question?

CurrForm.UPDATE -OR- change the property of the form to YES on UpdateOnActivate

Is this on a Form, a Report, a Dataport? What exactly is “import some data to current record field”?

This behaviour sounds just fine, can you please explain your problem a little better?

Nelson, I think William meant that it is only when he leaves the current rec and goes back, that he can see the new value. ~~Alex’s~~ Dead Lizard’s post seems to solve this. Alastair

Yes, Alastair, I suppose you are right and that was the problem.
