How to query to display a form from a multiple records of a caller form?

Hi everybody,

I have a form A with 3 existing records. And I create a button “send”. When we click to button “send”,

form B will be displayed. Form B will display 3 records from form A.

I know how to get 3 records of form A to use in form B.

But I don’t know how to execute query with that 3 records to show form B.

Anyone have any suggestion please!
