How to insert Resource requirements for production order through X++

I have production order

for each production order when we go to

Production Control -->All Production orders -->open production order -->Route

We may multiple Operations with OprId here

and we select any operation it will have resource requirements

My requirement is to insert these resource requirements through X++ , I have production order and requirement Type and resource

But could not find relation between these tables to insert.

Please suggest if any standard methods to insert Resource Requirements
