How to have a Permission on Liquidity Setup

I’m a newbie here and I’m looking for your opinions or ideas for this problem when i open another company for the same database which is Cronus Ltd., i encountered a problem which is “You do not have permission to run the Liquidity Setup table.Contact your system administrator to have your permissions changed” what should i do ?just post your opinions here…
