How to get Year lookup in form ax 2012 R3

I need to display the Year lookup on my form control field. how to get this please give me any suggestions.

You can get the Fiscal years from FiscalCalendarYear table.

Have a look at, \Data Dictionary\Tables\FiscalCalendarYear\Methods\lookupFiscalCalendarYear
