How to get value from form and display it on SSRS report in AX 2012

Hi everybody. I have a need and it is urgent. I need to get values from form and display them on SSRS report. Can someone show me a sample of doing this. One additional thing. On my form I have BatchId and I think i can get the other information from the form by matching this BatchId to the other tables behind the form.

You’ll have to use one of data sources for SSRS reports (Guidance for Choosing the Data Source Type).

The simplest approach is creating a query for the table used in your form (and any related data you need) and using this query as the data source of your report.
