How to get rid of the backup/restore temporary tables?

Hi,
sometimes, while making a restore into a database where all the companies have previously been deleted, an error occurs saying that a field in a table 1000000somenthing cannot be deleted or modified before its content is turned to 0 or blank.

While the the restore is running I can see the 100000**** tables, connectiong with an other client, but, of course, I can do nothing to them because they are out of range…

I have randomly experienced this problem in both version 4xx and 500. Anybody knows what might be done… beside create a new, empty database and restore into into it.

Those stupid tables appear every time a failed backup occurs. When I click in restore some times gives the option to continue restoring. Others I have to restore again database. I never could solve that issue.

You’ll need to run the restore. At some point it will ask you if you want to finish the restore, and when you click cancel it will remove those tables. Be aware though that you might not have all keys in all tables. Best is to completely finish the restore process.
