How to get last purchase discount for items

Hi,

I need on form Sales Line Discount to put the last purchase discount of an Item depending on the Location.

To be more specific:

I want to add a new field on form 7004 Sales Line Discount let it be named for example ‘Purch. Discount %’.

So when i add an item on Sales Line Discount and when i chose the location for which i want to put on discount that item, the field ‘Purch. Discount %’ to be validated and to take the last purchase discount for that item for that location.
