How to Filter data according to username in Employee portal

Hello all,

Is there any way of setting a filter connected to the login name of Shared Point User so that he can see only his own Entries and can create time sheet ?

Or whenever he lookup in Shared Point then user get data filter according to his/her id.

for example: whenever user insert new time sheet in sharepiont and when he lookup resource no. then he can see only his resource no.

So far I did not find such a possibility in the configuration tools of the EP.

Please reply its very urgennt
