How to display particular item code-> purchase order

Hi all,

In item details master form when open means all items details will be display. In that form i have to do create one new menu item button(name is purchase order). when i select particular item in item details then i click purchase table button it open new form and what ever related item purchase order there in purchase table its showing the data here.

how can do this can any one known help me out…
