How to deploy customized form in EP(Sharepoint Site) at Client server

Hey!

I have added(customized) two fields(From date and To date) in Enterprise Portal-> Employee Services-> Create Cash Advance Form… in my server.

Now i want this customized form to be deployed in Client environment(Server).

I mean what all objects to be exported and Imported in Client Server?

What is the process for migrating this customized form to client Server?

run as administrator and deploy it and refresh it in EP
