Hi,
On the workflow configuration an option is to add a subworkflow.
I`ve never been able to select one because the drop down menu don´t show anyone. Wich is the trick? How to set it up?
Many thanks

You have to have another workflow template in the AOT.
For example the PurchReqApproval and the ProjPurchReqApproval. Both these workflow templates were designed for purchase requisition approval but you have one embedded as a subworkflow.
Hope this makes sense.
Thanks for the reply munib.
Then if I well understand any standard template is ready to allow subworkflow?
How can I embedded it? I´m trying to modify the standard template in the AOT (either PurchReqApproval or ProjPurchReqApproval) but the righ mouse click don´t offer me any options… just I can add new task or approval
Regards
Sorry but that’s not what I meant.
The 2 workflows are in the AOT as seperate templates.
When you configure a workflow (Setup → Workflow configuration) - you have the add button on the side. The 2nd workflow template becomes available automatically if the 2 workflows are related (main data source are the same - in my example PurchReqTable).
Try this with the purchase requisition workflow and have a look what that has. It will hopefully make sense.
Thanks again for you time, Munib.
I´m not sure about the process. I´ve some workflow configuration defined and active Same datasources but different conditions… All of them are based on ProjPurchReqApproval and PurchReqApprobal. But if on any of them I added a subworkflow the drop down list doesn´t show me anyone
Tomorrow I´ll try to add some pics of the process

please send a screenshot and I may be able to help.
Hi, at the time I was making a test to capture the screen the subworkflow was appeared on the workflow configuration!!
So, I´m going to try to check the previous scenarios to understand the reasons it failed
Many thanks munib
