How to create invisible item ( Schedule or labour)

Dear friends,

I am new to NAV 4.0. suggest me how to create invisible item ie labour schedule in NAV 4.0. so that when we invoice it should not check stock. I checked non stock items that of no use for my case.

Create these as the type resource, item charge or direct to GL depending upon the need and the processing etc.
