how to concatenate two string into the same field?

Hello …

I have three fields in a sendSMSTable . After storing the record in the second field, it should join into the first field.Both are strings.

ex: 1 field = 10

2 field= 96755454

after saving the records 3 field showing the data in =1096755454

is there any possibilities ?

fieldId3 = fieldId1+fieldId2;

Nevertheless it’s usually not wise to maintain duplicate data. You can create a method returning field1 + field2 and call it whenever you need the concatenated value.
