If user reverse too much gl entery, how to cancel the reverse GL entery or copy the reverse entery to general journal?

If by accident you have reversed too much entries, easiest way is simply to enter the lines again.

Keep in mind, that Reverse function reverses not only Line selected, but whole “Batch” (with common Transaction No), otherwise Balance problems may arise.

If the relation table is only G/L entry, coul we modify the table directly?

You should never consider manipulating the G/L Entry table directly!!!

Even if you would manage to only delete the matching entries only - there are other tables which will be concerned as well - even if they are not shown in Navigate function.

Deleting entries would leave a gap in the entry numbers of the table which might make a tax officer very nervous.

So again:

Do what Modris suggested and just let the person who reversed too many entries reenter those. So He/She will be more carefull what to reverse for the next time.
