Is there someone who can guide me in AX 2012 CRM module concerning campaigns and mailings. If there are someone who has a best practise work flow regarding this I would be very glad.
I have some detailed questions
How do I attach a file to a mailing in AX 2012? I start with Sales and marketing>Periodic>Generate mailings, and then goes to Sales and marketing>Periodic>mailings to se the result. But How do I attach a file for all the recepients?
Regarding campaings, when I set up an e-mail broadcast template for a campaign and choose e-mail distribution the template is not copied to the email. Why?
I know this has to be lack of knowledge in the CRM module for AX but I hope someone can help me sort this out.
