# How to add my new reports to the menu

Hi !

I have developed few new reports on Navision 4.0 SP3. Can anyone please guide me how to add these reports in my Finanacial Management - Reports option

Select the Financial Management Navigation pane.

Then Alt+F12.

Select the module / area where you wnat to add the report and expand the menu tree.

Example; Receivables, Reports.

Then righ-click on the mouse to show the Menu options; select Create Item, then Object Type (Report) and the Object Number.

You can als add a different caption at this point.

Click / select OK.

The Escape and dialogue box for “Save Changes”.

That should be all and RObert is your Mother’s brother.
