HOW COULD I FREEZ ALL FIELDS IN SALES ORDER EQUIPMENT FORM AFTER FIRST APPROVAL

DEAR ALL

PLEASE tell me how could i freez(no one can change any field) all fields in sales order equipments form after first approval of commercial manager.

is there any need of coding. if yes then where i have to write that coding and how.

Or there is any other way.
