how can create an EP user in Axapta 5 ?

i can creat a user in EP, but i dont know how to create a user in Ax,

And i have a problem too, when i get login EP, i cant see all form in EP. what is the problem?

For adding users in Ax.

Administration-users-Import-search for ad users-slect domain…and proceed!!

but i know that process, my problem is create a user for EP. i can create an user for EP in EP. but i wanna create user in axapta for EP and give permission.
