hotfix for webusers(non active users) in ax 2009

hi All,

Greeting for the day!!

facing problem non active users in ax 2009,

my server having 100 users, 1st all are logged the server at that time it showing 100 users— this is correct

but some one are around 40 members are log out the server but it showing 100 users again.

could you please rectify the issue, I heard about this issue but I didnt get the information.

The Microsoft providing Hotfix solution for this.

if any one knows please share with me.

What are you referring to when saying “showing 100 users”? Is it the Online User form? If so, this form simply calculates number of sessions, therefore you should see 100 sessions there. It’s not a solution yet, but it will allow you to ask right questions. You should also check the status and type of sessions that you don’t expect to be there.
