I would start by checking out MEET-UPS to see if there is a local or regional event nearby that you can attend for FREE. Meetup - Dynamics User Group
Consider a FORUM search when you are stuck on an issue or looking for advice!

You should start with the free learning segments available from Microsoft. If you can utilize a Sandbox environment to step through the software as you go through the learning session:
