A Number of client PCs (running Windows XP, SP2), Navision version 3.60 help function is working extremely slow or hangs. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this may be?
i noticed that this only happened after i installed sp2. help would open, however, you could not get to the index tab, and help (and navision) would just hang. I did a full install of Navision which cured it. however, if you dont want to lose settings etc, you could try removing just the help files and replacing them. since sp2, i noticed that “creating stock documents” takes longer too!
