Not bad. I bought an old house just before the pandemic, which was great, because now we have a garden, I have a room dedicated for home office and so on. Much better than in my two bedroom apartment. On the other hand, I didn’t have to clear snow, spade the garden, fix broken fence…
ahh, the joys of home ownership! how old was the house? old to me over in the states is something like 50-100 years…
