Header Footer Template for Visual Studio Customer Facing Documents

Hi

I am beginning to look at designing customer facing documents.

Is there a way where I can add a header/footer template to each customer facing report (e.g. Sales Order) so I dont have to create the ‘letterhead’ every time I make a report?
