Hi, I have to dataport the data from the live database server to replace it with the upgrated database. I found the dataport generator in the download link of this site. I am able to select a table n generate the dataport for it. But I am not able to generate a dataport for the all the tables that are selected. The last record where the pointer is taken as the data item of the dataport. pls let me know if any other way i can do it? or i have to select each and every table and create dataport… thats tedious job, u know…[V] Thanks
You can also replace the database.fdb file. Backup/restore of database(or company) can also be used
Can’t you do a backup of the database, and then restore the backup in the new database?
