we have client who will be processing 25,000 sales orders per day and have up to 70 simultaneous users. What should the hardware requirements be to allow the system to run properly (i.e. processors, memory, etc.)
Where do the 25000 sales orders come from? Is there an interface to another system? Or is every client processing more than 350 orders a day manually? How many lines per order? Will there be posting the whole day, or will the posting be done at night by a batch? What else is running besides that 25000 orders? What about the reports?..
