Hi Rajee,
I could be wrong here as report is not my strong point. In standard Ax, drawing simple things like boxes is not very straight forward. I guess with perseverance, one can create grid like reports but it is definitely not straight forward.
You might be better off trying 3rd party report building tool like Create!form (http://www.bottomline.com/document_process_automation/createform.html).
