Does anyone have any experience going virtual with their Navision 4.0 SQL database?
We have two physical machines with a SQL 2005 database. One is 75GB and the other is 45GB in size. We have about 150 concurrent users in the system at any time and we are looking to double that in the near future. We have about 35,000 transactions daily and GOD knows how many lookups.
I need to build out a vitrual enviroment (VMware) that will support the future of these databases and are curious to know the gotchya’s.
If someone has any input I would greatly appreciate it.
