Getting error "unable to load the file" in purchase requisition attachments.

Hi All,

I am getting the error " Unable to load the file “C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\xxxx.pdf”." while trying to open the attachment in purchase requisitions.The file was attached by some other user and we are getting this error when we try to open the attachment.

Please help me to fix the error.
