Getting an Access is denied error

I get an “Access is denied” error when trying to send customer information as a link by email. I am running Windows XP with SP2 installed. Has anyone heard of this being a problem related to service pack 2? It’s like the URL generated by Navision is an invalid address. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Ab

The problem is that OL is blocking the attachment (the navision created link) because it ‘seems’ not to be secure. You can change either the registry or use a program (e.g. (sorry, I only have the Geman version)) to setup the mail attachments options. If you need the full registry key, please let me know (or search with google). Regards Walter
