Generating Report in NAV 2009 R2

Hi All,

First of all I wish you a prosperous new year.

I am combining the Fixed Asset and FA Depreciation Book table to create a list

report and I want value from the following fields to show:

Asset Number - Found in the Fixed Asset and FA Depreciating table

Name of Asset - Found in the Fixed Asset and FA Depreciating table

Acquisition Cost - Found in the FA Depreciating table

FA Location Code - Found in the Fixed Asset table

Depreciation not in table - Found in the FA Depreciating table

Book Value not in table - Found in the FA Depreciating table

I have managed to get all the fields to show value except the FA Location Code field found in

FA Depreciation Book Table. Any Ideas as to how to fix that.

If the “FA Location Code” field is found in the Fixed Asset table then why are you trying to add it to your list from the FA Depreciation Book table? There is no field called “FA location Code” in the FA Depreciation Book table unless you added a custom field.
