Future expenses


I am paying an amount of 1,20,000/- for an item expense account. But I am utilizing that Item for 12 months. So I want to enter 10,000/- as expense in every month, I know the functionality of Provisions acount and JV entry every month. Is there any other way, with out manual interaction. How can I do this, as an automatic transaction every month in dynamics AX 2009 ?
