Hi, I’m im wrong here feel free to slap me across the face with a damp haddock… In the traditional version of Navision any code changes, new forms, amendments etc were / are written to a central location so all users can get at them. I guess this was in the DB itself… Now if you are using a SQL database, where are those same forms / code units stored now ? Are they in the SQL database ? If so where and what protection is there for them ? Bruce
You’re right. The objects are stored in a table (Object table) the actual code etc. are stored in a BLOB field in the table. This applies to both native and SQL databases. Lars Strøm Valsted Head of Project and Analysis Columbus IT Partner A/S
